The evening will commence at 7.30pm with a sake reception in the Pavilion Bar followed by dinner in the Carlisle Suite at 8pm. At the end of the dinner there will be a raffle based on numbered programmes which each person will receive on arrival. The prizes have been donated by our corporate members.

Jacket and tie (not dress suit)

The tables are circular and seat eight to twelve people. If you are booking a table, please specify the size of table required. If you are an individual and would like to share with a friend or friends, please provide their names and we will do our best to accommodate you. We have been given a special hotel rate for bed and breakfast of €55 per person sharing if you prefer to have a drink and stay over!
